Does your project require a physical prototype? Utilizing Siemens NX Design and Manufacturing 3D Software, our design department produces working SLA models for you using FDM and Poly-Jet technology. Additionally we maintain all legacy data using industry proven AutoCad.
Once digitally created, your part can be cut in our tool room using our modern abrasive OMAX 2652 Waterjet Machining Center that quickly cuts out metal and non-metal materials. Prototypes are finished to customer specifications.
This discovery process is transferred over to the state-of-the-art CNC and Tooling department for permanent production tooling and reduces time in debugging part fabrication on the production floor. Keeping everything in-house helps assure high quality parts at lowest prices around the world.
