history...
Royal Die was
originally
located at 1801 N. Fairfield in Chicago. Established in 1938 by
Ole
Freitag, the company mainly produced stampings for radio and
television sets.
In 1953, Royal Die
moved to its current location which was originally a 6,000 square
foot facility on Green St. in Bensenville, IL. At that time,
management had the foresight to also purchase the surrounding seven
acres of property the facility stood on.
Since moving to
Bensenville, the facility has grown from 6,000 to the current 78,000
square feet through a series of expansions.
Many of Royal Die's
customers have been around for decades, a testament to the kind of
service and value Royal Die provides. We intend on continuing to
provide this type service well into the new millennium.
